In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Refund Policy
The refund accruing shall be processed within 7 working days from the date of payment, if client raise the refund process in case of not receiving the payment towards the service due to technical errors. If we have received the payment through a valid credit card, then the same will be refunded to your credit card. All refunds shall be processed subject to processing of refunds by the respective service provider.
We acts only as a facilitator of services and shall not be held liable for any changes, deficiencies, disputes, etc. related to the services being provided by the third party service providers, including the matters related to delays in refunds or no refunds, of the fares and charges paid to third party service providers.
Cancellation Policy
There is no cancellation of the service once registered.
